India Today(Hindi) is set to get a new Editor. According to industry sources, veteran journalist Anshuman Tiwari is set to take charge as Editor of India Today (Hindi) from August 1, 2014.Tiwari has been Editor of MoneyBhaskar.com, the business portal from the Dainik Bhaskar Group.Prior to this, he had had a long association with Dainik Jagran during which he had held several senior positions.
He was earlier the National and State Bureau Chief at Dainik Jagran.He has over two decades of experience. He started his career in journalism in 1991 with Amar Ujala as a business correspondent. He quit Amar Ujala in 1995 and joined Dainik Jagran.
Tiwari had also written a weekly column on the economy for 17 years. He had been conferred with Samachar4media’s Media Maharathi Award last year.
